Why Man Utd Lost?

Here's some facts for all Man Utd supporters after yesterday's drubbing by Man City. Like it or not, we weren't good enough. Period!!! It's a bitter pill to swallow, but man up and take it to the chin . We have to move on and focus on the next game.

Q: Why did City win so convincingly?
A: Because they were brave enough to play such an attack-minded team in such a crucial match at the home of their biggest rivals. That enabled them to play with a freedom rarely displayed by visitors at Manchester United. City played like Spain. But as well as looking so threatening going forward, they were solid at the back with Vincent Kompany outstanding in defence yet again. United were in control for the first 15-20 minutes but once City scored the opener they took command. It was disappointing United had to play a lot of the second half with 10 men after Jonny Evans' red card but, the truth is, they were already beaten by then.

Q: Who had the most say?
A: David Silva. The slick Spaniard was heart of City's creativity as he enhanced his growing reputation even further with a really stunning performance. United simply could not handle him. Silva was given more space and time on the ball the more the game went on with United defenders finding it impossible to shackle him. Almost every time he got on the ball he had United on the back foot and running scared. He played with such confidence and flamboyance you wonder why more Premier League managers do not look to boost their squads with Spaniards. They always settle here quickly.

Q: What did City do to win it?
A: City's attacking policy might have been brave but it was Roberto Mancini's decision to deploy a trio of hard-working holding midfield men in Yaya Toure, James Milner and Gareth Barry that proved the masterstroke. After the first 20 minutes, they cut off the supply lines to Nani and Ashley Young. And they gave Silva a licence to thrill, which he accepted with relish.

Q: What was wrong with United?
A: They set up too defensively in the middle and did not have any playmakers. Anderson and Darren Fletcher were unable to nail down Silva and that cost them. United's midfield pairing also struggled to get on the ball, meaning wide men Nani and Young and strikers Wayne Rooney and Danny Welbeck were starved of service. That denied United the chance to inflict the attacking threat they usually impose.

Q: Did United play the wrong team?
A: The line-up looked more than capable of beating City. Maybe Fergie could have done with a more creativity in the centre but it is difficult to criticise a manager and players who have done brilliantly in the past and will, no doubt, do brilliantly in the future. Despite the margin of City's victory I do not think there is too much wrong with United's squad.

Citeh Fans In Tweet War With Malaysian

G'morning lads. The funniest thing happened to me yesterday. I became a Twitter sensation in just over 24 hours. Wooohhhh!!! I posted a comment at the early hours of Wednesday that basically rattled some Man Citeh fans. Here's what I posted and check out all the replies I got. They're all the way from UK and even Portugal. Gotta love the banter I had with 'em yesterday. Enjoy the tweets folks...

I even received some encouragement from other people on the banter. I was just laughing when reading their comments. When I asked them to come back after equaling Man Utd's record, they just kept quiet. Nuff said!!! Hahahaha... A tribute to Rizal, Fashah (via BBM) and Shidah for joining in the banter. No Man Citeh fan in Malaysia - PERIOD!!!

Dear God

Gotta love the song from Avenged Sevenfold. Below are the lyrics and enjoy the video folks!!!

A lonely road, crossed another cold state line
Miles away from those I love, purpose hard to find
While I recall all the words you spoke to me
Can't help but wish that I was there
Back where I'd love to be, oh yeah

Dear God, the only thing I ask of you
Is to hold her when I'm not around, when I'm much too far away
We all need that person who can be true to you
But I left her when I found her and now I wish I'd stayed
Cause I'm lonely and I'm tired, I'm missing you again oh no
Once again

There's nothing here for me on this barren road
There's no one here while the city sleeps
And all the shops are closed
Can't help but think of the times I've had with you
Pictures and some memories will have to help me through, oh yeah

Dear God, the only thing I ask of you
Is to hold her when I'm not around, when I'm much too far away
We all need that person who can be true to you
But I left her when I found her and now I wish I'd stayed
Cause I'm lonely and I'm tired, I'm missing you again oh no
Once again

Some search, never finding a way
Before long, they waste away
I found you, something told me to stay
I gave in, to selfish ways
And how I miss someone to hold
When hope begins to fade

A lonely road, crossed another cold state line
Miles away from those I love, purpose hard to find

Dear God, the only thing I ask of you
Is to hold her when I'm not around, when I'm much too far away
We all need that person who can be true to you
But I left her when I found her and now I wish I'd stayed
Cause I'm lonely and I'm tired, I'm missing you again oh no
Once again

A Sporting Legend : David Beckham

Everybody knows who David Beckham is. He's a household name it football. He may not be the best player in the world (he did however named 2nd best player twice behind Luis Figo and Rivaldo), but he certainly revolutionized the football spectacle in the last decade or so. The football icon though, prefers to he known for his contributions on the field rather than off it. No doubt he's let the media followed him ever since he shoots into football stardom when he scored from the halfway line against Wimbledon FC and when he dated his wife Victoria Beckham while she was with the Spice Girls, but he's kept his family life to himself and would not let the media meddle with it. His contract with current MLS club LA Galaxy is nearing its end and he's had plenty of offers on the table. From PSG in France, to QPR in England and lots more. Soon we'll hear his decision on whether he'll continue to play football which he loves endearly or retire from the game that has given him so much. What ever decision he makes, he has stated that his family comes first. A true family man ain't it? Although he did state his desire to become a Sporting Director of the football club where it all began, Manchester United. Even though he's left the club ages ago, his love for the Red Devils never died. He still refers Sir Alex Ferguson as "The Man". You are definitely a true Red Devil in our red half of the Mancunian hearts...

FC Ajax Amsterdam = Amazing

I came across an interesting article on FC Ajax Amsterdam this morning. Many football fanatics would definitely know what FC Ajax Amsterdam is all about. They are the Holy grail of football youth talents. They are recognized by most as the best youth production line in the world. Coaches travel regularly from all over the world to see how it's done.

Let me share some insight on the current coaching staffs in FC Ajax Amsterdam. Head coach and former Barcelona star Frank De Boer is running the attack versus defence drill. Manchester United treble winner Jaap Stam is telling the central defenders to be more aggressive. Champions League winner and footballing pitbull Edgar Davids is outpassing the midfielders and Wim Jonk, once of Sheffield Wednesday, takes notes.

On the adjacent pitch, Arsenal's favourite Dutchman Dennis Bergkamp - looking as cool and relaxed as ever - works with the strikers, who try to turn in crosses delivered by Bergkamp's good friend, former Nottingham Forest winger Bryan Roy. Frank's brother Ronald de Boer is working with the youth team and Marc Overmars is on a day off.

And on the touchline? A couple of hundred fans, watching in captivated silence as their idols train. So, that's 37 league titles, five Champions Leagues, 51 cup wins and 565 international caps within a 100-metre radius. Even the groundsman probably has a couple of European Cups to his name.

While Bergkamp and Co deal with the hands-on aspects, teaching the traditional Ajax 4-3-3 and developing TIPS (Technique, Insight, Personality and Speed), technical manager Blind deals with the business side and spends his days fielding phone calls from 'bigger' clubs trying to sign his best players - such as the dynamic teenage midfielder Christian Eriksen, Danish slayer of England in a recent friendly international.

The emphasis on youth here is startling, to the point that the first photos you see when you arrive at the ground are not of the first team or the club's four European Cup winning sides, but of the current crop of young players.

Isn't that just amazing folks?

iPhone 4S?What the ...

Okay so everybody is disappointed with the Apple Conference when new CEO, Tim Cook announced the highly anticipated new iPhone. iPhone 4S!!! No??? What??? Say it again??? Yeah you heard it right. iPhone 4S!!! What happened to all those rumours of a new iPhone??? You can just shove it down the drain.

Personally, I thought Apple needed a boost in their business when Steve Jobs resigned as CEO recently. And all they did was released the crappy iPhone 4 upgrade. Stocks plummeted after the announcement. This is not the first impression Tim Cook needed to make his mark as the new CEO of Apple.

People were more acceptable when 3Gs was released back then. This was simply unacceptable, by Apple fans especially. I'm not an Apple fan but even I was disappointed with the news. I have a comparison for the iPhones here . You be the judge of that. Basically iPhone 4S has a dual core processor, an 8MP camera, built in assistant called SIRI and ... oh wait, that's just about it. Oh, and iPhone 4 users can upgrade to the new iOS 5 on the 12th of October. So does that make their iPhones the new iPhone 4S as well? Pfffttt...

People have been using the social medias to condemn the move by Apple. One that really caught my eye was; "iPhone 4S.. More like iPhone For Asses". Hahaha... Tell me what you think folks??? Til next time...

Final Quarter of 2011

We are fast approaching the end of the year. How was your 2011 so far? Achieved any goals yet? Let me rephrase it. Have you all managed to keep your new year's resolutions? I can honestly say that most of us aren't able to do so. Hahaha... But no worries, we still have another quarter to complete the resolutions. If you still want to. Hehehe... So what have I achieved in 2011? A couple of things that's still fresh in my mind. Let me share with you some of my experiences in 2011 so far.

Back in January, I went to Bandung with my family. As usual, we'd make it a yearly trip to visit my Bandung family. It's a wonderful opportunity to get your mind off from the commotion in Malaysia. Spent a couple of days there and had a very relaxing time there. At least I think it was. Hehehe...

*Photos while in Bandung*

Then back in April, I went to Perth, Australia!!! I've never been to Australia before so it was a huge step forward for me, in terms of going for holidays at least. Hahaha... Oh, my family is still waiting for me post some photos and details of our holiday in Perth and it's approaching end of the year but I still haven't post anything. Hope this small little entry is suffice yeah. Hehehe... We had a great, wonderful and exciting holiday there. Went to loads of places. Met a bunch of wonderful people there and shopped a lot too. And the best part was, the 7 of us were under budget. Woohoo!!! If I ever have the opportunity to go to Perth again, I'd jump on it in a heart beat.

When the month of Ramadhan is around, I'd be waiting for one of the best days of my life. It's the time to cook Bubur Lambuk at Masjid Kg Baru!!! I just love doing it. The chance to cook with massive people around is one not to be missed. The people in my group were absolutely fantastic. It was a day to remember. Thanks to Ieja for the photo. I was busy cooking and packing the bubur.

*A photo while packing the Bubur Lambuk*

Not forgetting when it was Hari Raya Aidilfitri too. Plenty of open houses and managed to spend time with lots of wonderful people. Managed to get to know and spend time with a certain saint and her family with the orphans was a splendid time as well. I definitely cherish those moments.

Finally, my sis in law gave birth to a beautiful beautiful baby boy named Muhammad Imran on the 10th September 2011. It was such a surprise that I'm an uncle once again. Welcome to the world Imran.

*Hi baby Imran*

Well, so far that's my 2011. How's yours folks? I hope that it has been a very great 2011 for you all as well. Let's end 2011 with more great memories and happiness. Til we meet again.

Flabbergasted!!!

I am flabbergasted!!! The universe tends to unfold itself. Be it good or bad. It may hurt you, but it may also bring happiness to you as well. Bet everyone has experienced it all before. How do we cope with it? Well, it all depends on how you get back up when you're down when you've received a disturbing news or how you take in the moment of triumph.

I just experienced it moments ago. Okay, I lied. Felt it a couple of days ago. I had to re-aligned all the important stuffs that I wanted to achieve. Re-think my strategy. Decide whether it's a step forward or a step back. Oh and the best part, I felt I've been let down. Some jabronis have been bugging me lately. I had no one to turn to but I'll be alright soon. My entire life have been ups and downs. Most of us do experience it. It's just that I'm able to cope with all the sh*ts been thrown at me. I'm a master of disguise. I may be hurting inside but I'll always put a smile on this ugly face of mine.

I am blessed that I have my family around to talk to. I can always count on them. They are the best in the world. They might not know about this post, but they're everything to me. I'll shed blood and sweat for them. There's a very thin line between trust and betrayal. And the jabronis are crossing that line. It's very simple, don't f**kin mess with me and my family cuz I'm gonna make your life a f**kin' livin' hell.
